1. What FindCoin is

FindCoin provides cryptocurrency market data, automated token risk reports, price analysis, community discussion and educational content — free of charge, for informational purposes only. We are not a broker, exchange, wallet, investment adviser or fiduciary, and we have no relationship with the projects whose data we display.

2. No financial advice — ever

Nothing on FindCoin constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Prices, risk scores, verdicts, predictions and community opinions are information and analysis. A "no red flags found" result is not a statement that a token is safe; a prediction is not a promise of future prices. Crypto assets are extremely volatile and you can lose everything you commit. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Accuracy and availability — no warranties

We work hard to keep data fresh and reports correct, but everything on FindCoin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Market data can lag or contain upstream errors; automated risk analysis can miss new scam techniques or misread edge cases; the service may be interrupted. You agree not to rely on FindCoin as your sole basis for any decision.

4. Community content (votes and comments)

Votes and comments are the opinions of visitors, not of FindCoin, and are unverified. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and moderate your submission, and you agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive (including undisclosed paid promotion), harassing, or that contains malware links, personal data, or spam. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion, without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse, overload or scrape the service in ways that degrade it for others; attempt to bypass rate limits or security; use FindCoin data to operate a competing bulk-data service without permission; or use the site in violation of applicable law. Automated access beyond normal browsing requires our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The FindCoin name, design, original text, illustrations and software are our property or licensed to us. Market data originates from third-party providers and the public blockchain. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires permission.

7. Third-party links and ads

FindCoin displays advertising and may link to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services — including advertised ones. The presence of an ad is not an endorsement, and no project can pay to influence our data, scores or verdicts.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindCoin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost funds or lost data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use FindCoin, which is zero.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify the service or these terms at any time; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
